Barcelona goalkeeper Marc-André ter Stegen is pushing hard in his recovery from a back injury and is almost ready to make his much-anticipated return to the pitch. The German shot-stopper has been training on the field at Ciutat Esportiva, working separately from the main group as he accelerates his comeback. His rehabilitation is progressing according to plan.

Details: According to Mundo Deportivo, Ter Stegen is expected to rejoin full team training by the end of November.

It’s worth noting that Ter Stegen underwent surgery this July due to recurring lower back pain. After completing the initial stage of his recovery at home, he has spent the last few days training under Hansi Flick's guidance—back on the pitch, but still apart from the group.

The German international hasn't featured since June of this year. His last appearance was for the German national team in the Nations League, where Germany suffered a 0-2 defeat to France.

Reminder: Barcelona midfielder Fermín López picked up an injury in the match against Chelsea and will be sidelined for several weeks.
