Finally! JJ Gabriel has decided on his future club
One of Europe's most exciting young talents appears to have finally settled on his next destination.
Details: According to Spanish newspaper Diario Sport, Real Madrid have emerged as the clear favourites to sign Manchester United's 16-year-old sensation JJ Gabriel. The young forward has reportedly rejected Paris Saint-Germain's latest proposal, making it clear that he wants to continue his career in Spanish football.
PSG had recently improved both the financial and sporting terms of their offer in an attempt to convince Gabriel and his representatives. However, the English youngster turned down the proposal, believing that moving to Spain would be the best step for his development.
Meanwhile, Bayern Munich have already withdrawn from the race, while Barcelona have also decided against competing with the enormous financial demands. Real Madrid are reportedly the only remaining club willing to commit more than €10 million to a three-year package for the teenager.
Nevertheless, the transfer has not yet been officially completed. Gabriel's departure from Manchester United and the necessary registration formalities still need to be resolved before the move can be finalised.
It's worth noting that JJ Gabriel scored an incredible 20 goals in 21 Under-18 Premier League appearances during the 2025/26 season. His outstanding performances earned him the inaugural Premier League Under-18 Player of the Season award.
