Winger Jadon Sancho has turned into a problematic asset for Manchester United: the Red Devils simply have no real need for him, yet other clubs aren't showing much interest either.
Details: Earlier, Chelsea tried to negotiate personal terms with Sancho, but according to Sky Sports, the talks ultimately led nowhere. As a result, the Blues have decided not to buy out the player's contract from Manchester United, instead opting to pay a compensation fee of five million pounds.
Sancho is set to return to Old Trafford at the end of the month, but he still remains a target for several Premier League sides.
Reminder: It was previously reported that Chelsea would consider keeping Sancho in the squad only if the winger agreed to a pay cut that would fit within the club's wage structure.
