Nicolas Jackson is currently on loan at Bayern Munich, but it appears he will be heading back to Chelsea.
Details: According to Abendzeitung, Bayern hold a €65 million purchase option, yet it becomes mandatory only if certain conditions are met. Jackson must play 40 matches across the Bundesliga and the Champions League, but so far he has featured in only six.
Moreover, the Africa Cup of Nations is approaching, and Jackson will be away on international duty. Therefore, most likely, Jackson will return to Chelsea.
Earlier we reported that Mykhailo Mudryk, the 24-year-old Ukraine international and Chelsea winger, voluntarily underwent a polygraph test to prove he has never knowingly used banned substances at any point in his career.
Reminder: Chelsea’s new owners, who took control of the club in 2022, have pushed for the construction of a new stadium, but significant obstacles stand in the way, and the project is becoming increasingly unrealistic.
