Ferdinand believes Gyökeres will struggle in the Premier League

Swedish striker Viktor Gyökeres has long been linked with English clubs, but Manchester United legend Rio Ferdinand does not see the Sporting goal machine as an ideal signing to strengthen Premier League teams.
Details: Ferdinand expressed doubts about Gyökeres' ability to consistently find the net in English football, seemingly overlooking the fact that the Swede joined Sporting following an impressive spell at Coventry.
Quote: “I don’t think he’s the right fit. I haven’t watched him many times, [but] I’ve watched him probably three times very, very closely. And all three times I thought: ‘He won’t get that kind of chance in the Premier League.’ When I see that he’s physically up to it, what else is needed? Is that enough—being physically up to it—for him to score a goal?” Ferdinand said.
Reminder: Earlier, the Sporting president responded to Gyökeres' accusations of alleged breaches of agreements by stating that the club is honoring its commitments.
