Barcelona has officially confirmed Robert Lewandowski's injury – the Polish striker will not play against Real Madrid in the Spanish Cup final and will miss at least three matches. Due to the injury, the forward will not be able to assist his team in the upcoming games.

During the 32nd round La Liga match against Celta, which ended with a 4-3 victory for the "Blaugranas", Lewandowski was forced to leave the field due to an injury. Later, the club announced that the forward was diagnosed with a left hamstring injury.

According to Marca, Lewandowski's recovery will take approximately three weeks. As a result, he will miss the La Liga matches against Mallorca and Valladolid, as well as the Spanish Cup final against Real Madrid. It is anticipated that the Polish striker will be able to return for the second leg against Inter in the Champions League.

Currently, Lewandowski is Barcelona's top scorer, having scored 40 goals in 48 matches across all competitions.
