The French club has made a bold decision.

Details: Today, Monaco announced on their official X social media page that 38-year-old Belgian manager Sébastien Pocognoli has been officially dismissed from his position as head coach.

The club's management wished Pocognoli all the best for the future but did not disclose the reasons behind the Belgian's departure.

This season, Monaco finished only 7th in Ligue 1, which means "Les Monégasques" qualified just for the UEFA Europa Conference League, the lowest-tier European club tournament.
Sébastien Pocognoli took charge of Monaco in October 2025. The Belgian oversaw 38 matches at the helm, recording 16 wins, 9 draws, and 13 defeats.
