Expanding his business: Erling Haaland becomes an investor in Scandinavian luggage brand Db

Manchester City star Erling Haaland has been officially announced as an investor in the Scandinavian luggage and bag brand Db. The brand shared the news on its official Instagram page.
The company released a promotional video captioned, “Welcome to the family, @erling.
We are proud to welcome Erling Haaland as investor and Strategic Partner into Db.”
This collaboration with the Norwegian footballer is designed to help the brand break into the international market and reach customers in new countries.
It’s reported that Haaland and another well-known Scandinavian, model Gustav Witzøe, will become minority shareholders and, together with LVMH Luxury Ventures, will play an active role in supporting Db’s global expansion.
“I’m fascinated by how Db combines functionality with a clean Scandinavian aesthetic. This is a product space I personally love, and I see a very strong business case for the wider international market, notably around its luggage range,” Haaland stated.
