Villarreal pull off a promising transfer move.
Details: Today, the official page of Spanish side Villarreal on social network X announced that 21-year-old American defender from Orlando City has officially joined the Yellow Submarine.
It is reported that the transfer fee cost the Spanish club €3.5 million, with the contract running until 2032.

Freeman becomes only the second American in Villarreal’s history, following the signing of forward Jozy Altidore back in 2008.
Alex Freeman is a product of the Orlando City academy, and this move marks the first major transfer of his career.
This season, Freeman has featured in 38 games for Orlando, scoring 6 goals and providing 6 assists.
His market value is estimated by Transfermarkt at €3.5 million.
