A few days ago, reports emerged that PSG forward Randal Kolo Muani was set to join Juventus on loan. However, the deal has stalled, and the reason has come to light.

Details: According to L'Équipe, the transfer cannot be completed because PSG has already reached their season limit for outgoing loans. Currently, the Parisian club has six players loaned out to other teams. To finalize Kolo Muani’s move, PSG would need to either sell a player or recall one from loan.

Juventus is reportedly displeased with the situation, as they were informed of this issue quite late. PSG is now working on resolving the matter by either recalling or selling a player.

Nevertheless, insider Fabrizio Romano has reported that neither PSG nor Juventus is overly concerned about the Kolo Muani deal. Both clubs remain confident that the issues will soon be resolved, allowing the transfer to go through.

Reminder: Kolo Muani, who joined PSG for €90 million in the summer of 2023, has played just 78 minutes across the last five matches. Options for his move include a loan with a purchase option, with interest also coming from AC Milan, Tottenham, and Galatasaray.
