Arsenal are preparing an official bid for the England international, with initial talks expected to begin in the near future.
During the 2025/26 season, Rogers made 55 appearances for Aston Villa, netting 14 goals and providing 12 assists, helping his team clinch the Europa League title. The transfer fee for the midfielder could reach at least €90 million for the Londoners.
