The NFL regular season is drawing to a close, and one of the leaders of the Kansas City Chiefs, Travis Kelce, has yet to decide on the future of his career.
Details: According to NFL Network insider Ian Rapoport, Travis Kelce will either retire or remain with the team. Despite the rumors, he has no intention of moving to another franchise in pursuit of a title. However, the player will make his decision only after the end of the season.
Quote: “Honestly, I’m just focused on trying to win football games. I’ll allow myself to make that decision together with my family, friends, and the Chiefs organization when the time comes,” Travis Kelce commented on his future.
Up next, the Kansas City Chiefs will play their final regular-season NFL game against the Las Vegas Raiders on Sunday, January 4. They have already lost all chances of reaching the playoffs.
Reminder: The Chiefs’ leader and quarterback suffered a serious injury. He tore his anterior cruciate ligament and has been ruled out for the rest of the season.
