The TotalEnergies CAF African Nations Championship (CHAN) 2024 final draw will double as a grand cultural celebration on Wednesday at Nairobi’s Kenyatta International Convention Centre (KICC). This spectacular event will showcase the vibrancy of East African music and dance, headlined by Bien-Aimé Baraza of Kenya’s renowned group Sauti Sol.

Bien will play his well-known tunes, including Nairobi, Kuliko Jana, and the beloved Extra Pressure. "Football and music bring Africa together like nothing else," he said, expressing his pride at combining the two at such a unique occasion. It’s an honor to be part of this amazing celebration.”

Joining him on stage will be Uganda’s famous Ghetto Kids, known for their energetic dance moves, and Kenya’s Red Fourth Choir, along with a modern dance group.

This celebration highlights CAF’s stronger support for CHAN, with a 32% increase in the budget and a 75% rise in prize money for the winning team.

The CHAN 2024 draw will start at 20:00 local time (GMT+3) and promises an exciting mix of football and cultural performances.
