Details: London’s Chelsea have officially announced the signing of 28-year-old Spanish left-back Pep Chavarría from Rayo Vallecano. The player has signed a long-term contract with the Blues, committing for five years.
The transfer fee amounted to €19 million, with the potential to rise further through bonuses and additional payments.
The new Chelsea recruit did not hide his emotions after sealing the deal:
