Manchester City’s troubled winger Jack Grealish is seeing less and less playing time. Manager Pep Guardiola has clearly grown tired of questions about Grealish’s future with the club.
Details: Grealish was left out of Manchester City’s squad for the match against Fulham, and when asked about the decision, Guardiola responded that Jack is neither better nor worse than the other players who also didn’t make the squad.
Quote: “Don’t ask me about Jack, who said I’m unhappy with Jack? I treat Jack the same as I treat Khusanov, McAtee, and all the other players who didn’t play, but you say I’m picking and that we have problems? That’s not the case.
Nothing personal against Jack. I’m the one who fought to bring him here and the one who fought to keep him for this and next season. I said I wanted Jack Grealish. Now he’s out of the squad, simply because he didn’t make it, not for any other reason,” Guardiola declared.
