Italy and PSG goalkeeper Gianluigi Donnarumma has set an absolute record at the European Championships.

According to One Football, Donnarumma became the youngest goalkeeper to reach the milestone of 10 matches at the European Championships.

At the time of yesterday's match with Croatia (1:1), the goalkeeper of the Squadra Azzurra was 25 years and 120 days old.

In addition, Donnarumma came in second place in the history of the Italian national team in the number of reflected penalties. He parried 5 out of 15 11-meter shots in his goal (not including penalty shootouts). Only his legendary namesake, Buffon, has more (11 out of 49).

Italy finished in second place in Group B and qualified for the Euro 2024 playoffs.
