Do they want to get relegated? West Ham considers Ramsdale transfer
London's West Ham currently has quite aged goalkeepers: 40-year-old Lukasz Fabianski and 32-year-old Alphonse Areola. Therefore, the Hammers are looking to rejuvenate their goalkeeper position.
Details: According to The Times, the London club is considering signing Southampton's goalkeeper Aaron Ramsdale. It is claimed that the 26-year-old will be allowed to leave the team, which was relegated from the EPL, for 20 million pounds, and he wants to remain in the Premier League to keep his place in the England squad.
Ramsdale is also linked with a return to Bournemouth, while Newcastle is reportedly interested in him, with manager Eddie Howe having worked with Ramsdale at the Cherries.
Reminder: Ramsdale moved to Southampton last summer for 25 million pounds, and the goalkeeper has been relegated from the EPL for the third time. The relegation also prompted Ivan Juric's resignation from the position of head coach of the team.
