Today, Barcelona played their first home match under the management of Hansi Flick in the traditional Joan Gamper Trophy, facing AS Monaco.

More than 40,000 fans attended the game, but Barcelona's performance left them disappointed as the Blaugrana suffered a 0-3 defeat.

In the first half, Barcelona missed several scoring opportunities but failed to convert any. The second half, however, turned into a disaster.

In the 50th minute, Barça's defenders gifted the ball to Lamine Camara, who easily outmaneuvered Ter Stegen to open the scoring. Just seven minutes later, Breel Embolo broke through the defense and calmly slotted the ball into the far corner. The final blow came in the 86th minute when Mavissa sealed the victory.

This marks the first time since 2012 that Barcelona has lost the Joan Gamper Trophy match.
