Dillian Whyte's plans for return to the ring revealed
British heavyweight Dillian Whyte is set to have his next fight in two months. This was shared by his manager Michael Ofao.
Quote: "Dillian needs a few more weeks, and once they're over, he can return to training. At the moment, things like putting a glove on his hand are impossible, so he's just biding his time until he can start hitting.
In another two months, Dill will be back in fighting shape. He already looks leaner and fitter — ready to step into the ring after his victory over Tetteh, so the delay won't be long. Dill will be ready and back in action," Ofao told BoxingScene.
Recall. Whyte was forced to withdraw from the bout with Joe Joyce, scheduled for April 5 in Manchester, due to a hand injury. Croatian Filip Hrgović will replace Dillian as Joyce's opponent.
