Diego Simeone has revealed whether Atletico are planning any more purchases this summer

Atlético Madrid's head coach Diego Simeone has shared whether the club plans to make any more signings before the end of the summer transfer window.

According to the manager, the team’s roster is not yet fully completed, and further acquisitions are possible.

“The squad is not yet finalized; we are still working on strengthening the team. We know what we’re looking for and what we want. Work is being done to finalize the squad,” Simeone was quoted as saying by Fabrizio Romano.

In August, Atlético announced the signing of Argentina international forward Julián Álvarez. However, the transfer of Conor Gallagher from Chelsea has been put on hold. The player has returned to London and will await further instructions in the English capital. The situation remains unresolved.
