De Bruyne scores again in the FA Cup as his impressive stats continue to grow

Manchester City secured a hard-fought victory in the FA Cup round of 32, overcoming lower-league side Leyton Orient 2-1.

The Premier League champions went into halftime trailing after a bizarre own goal by goalkeeper Stefan Ortega. However, they bounced back in the second half, with Abdukodir Khusanov leveling the score before Kevin De Bruyne sealed the win with a precise strike.

With that goal, the Belgian playmaker further solidified his remarkable record in the competition.

Since making his FA Cup debut in January 2016, no player has recorded more goal contributions in the tournament than De Bruyne, who now boasts nine goals and 17 assists.

Meanwhile, the Dailysports team has prepared a full schedule for the FA Cup fourth-round fixtures of the 2024/25 season.
