David's Canada teammate reveals where the Lille star is set to continue his career

Lille striker Jonathan David will be leaving the club as a free agent. While the top clubs now have a new transfer target shrouded in uncertainty, his teammates from the Canadian national team already seem to know where he's headed next.
Details: Mallorca defender Cyle Larin, who plays alongside David for the “Maple Leafs,” believes the forward would be a perfect fit for Spain’s La Liga, the very competition Larin currently calls home.
Quote: “Yes, I think he can become a really good player in La Liga. He’s a very smart player, and if you watch the way he plays, he knows his position. He can finish the ball. He’s very intelligent. And I think that’s essential to play in this league.
He’s good with his feet, he can score and assist. For me, he could play in any league. He’s a fantastic player. I think the players here are very tactical, very smart. Almost all of them are very comfortable on the ball. The spaces are tighter here, the ball moves faster, and it’s a very tactical game,” Larin told talkSPORT.
