David Pagou wants to discover local talent for the Indomitable Lions

The Cameroon national team coach has called up a group of players from the local league for a training camp next March.

David Pagou is taking steps to open the Lions' den to local players. He has called up some of them for a training camp to be held from 6 to 10 March.

The aim of this initiative is to identify the best talent who could join the national team during the international break in March 2026. Those who manage to convince the technical staff could be part of David Pagou's squad for the FIFA Series in which Cameroon will participate in Australia during the FIFA window next March.
