Danny Welbeck has surpassed Cantona in the number of goals in EPL

Brighton & Hove Albion pulled off an incredible comeback in their match against Tottenham Hotspur. The "Seagulls" were trailing 0-2 at halftime but netted three goals in response to snatch victory from the jaws of defeat.

The decisive goal was scored by Brighton forward Danny Welbeck.

For the English striker, this goal marked his 71st in the Premier League, surpassing the tally of legendary forward Eric Cantona, who scored 70.

Welbeck, a product of Manchester United's youth academy, played for the same club as Cantona. He then went on to represent Arsenal and Watford before joining the ranks of the “Seagulls.”
