Dani Olmo recovers from injury and is ready to return
Spanish midfielder Dani Olmo missed Barcelona's last match due to a minor injury. However, he has now fully recovered and is prepared for the upcoming game.
Details: Head coach Hans-Dieter Flick confirmed that Olmo is back in training and available for Barcelona's next fixture.
Quote: "Dani Olmo is back and available. He could start tomorrow," Flick revealed.
In Barcelona's previous La Liga match against Las Palmas, left-back Alejandro Balde started but was forced to leave the pitch midway through the first half, assisted by a medical cart.
Reminder: Las Palmas hadn’t scored more than one goal at Barcelona’s home ground since 1983, when the Catalans secured a commanding 7-2 victory. However, just a few days ago, Barcelona suffered a surprising 2-1 defeat to Las Palmas.
Furthermore, Barcelona risks losing its top spot, as Real Madrid is now only four points behind with two games in hand.
