A crack was reportedly discovered on one of the aircraft’s windows, forcing it to remain at the airport while awaiting a replacement part and necessary maintenance. It remains unclear whether Ronaldo himself was on board at the time of its arrival or the reason for the jet’s landing in Manchester.
The aircraft is fully customized to Ronaldo’s specifications, featuring his iconic CR7 logo and the silhouette of his legendary "Siiuuu" goal celebration.
Ronaldo previously played for Manchester United from 2003 to 2009, before making a dramatic return in 2021. However, his second spell ended in late 2022 after a controversial interview and a fallout with then-manager Erik ten Hag, which led to his departure from the club.
The Portuguese star now plays for Al-Nassr in Saudi Arabia, with his team currently sitting third in the Saudi Pro League, trailing the league leaders by eight points.
