Cristiano Ronaldo, Portugal's most legendary footballer, received a special award yesterday in recognition of his impact on the sport.

Details: During the Quinas de Ouro ceremony, which honors Portugal’s top football players each year, Ronaldo was presented with an award.

Ronaldo received the Platinum Quinas trophy for his exceptional contributions to Portuguese football and for representing Portugal on the international stage.

"I am proud to receive this award for my career with the national team. There is still so much left to accomplish! Thank you," Ronaldo commented on Instagram.

Throughout his career with the Portuguese national team, Ronaldo has made 216 appearances and scored 133 goals.

Reminder: Reports have recently suggested that Cristiano Ronaldo might leave Al Nassr to join his main rival, Al Hilal.
