Rashford gave fans a glimpse into his routine by sharing a snapshot on his Instagram story, showcasing his hard work in the gym. In the photo, he's seen performing a specialized drill using training balls.

As a reminder, Rashford was left out by Ruben Amorim from the list of players set to travel to the United States for Manchester United's preseason training camp. This means he has to keep himself in shape through individual workouts.

At this stage, there is no concrete information regarding Rashford's potential destination. The player himself is reportedly keen on a move to Barcelona, but negotiations with the Catalan side have yet to yield any results.

It's worth noting that Rashford spent the second half of last season on loan at Aston Villa, where he reached the Champions League quarterfinals and helped secure a sixth-place finish in the Premier League standings.
