Fulham completed the signing of Nice midfielder Jean-Michael Seri for €30 million in the summer of 2018, and for six years that was a record for the Gunners. Now the London club have renewed their transfer record.
It happened thanks to the signing of Arsenal midfielder Emile Smith-Rowe, who moved to Craven Cottage for 31.8 million euros. But this amount is unofficial, it was announced by the portal Transfermarkt. The clubs did not disclose the amount of the transfer.
The 24-year-old signed a five-year contract, while Fulham retained the right to extend his contract for another year.
A versatile attacking player, he has mainly operated on the left wing or as a number 10 for the Gunners, but can also play on the right or in midfield.
