Manchester City's Premier League woes continued on Saturday when they drew 2-2 with Crystal Palace in a thrilling match during Matchweek 15.

At Selhurst Park, Palace seized the lead twice thanks to goals from Frenchman Maxence Lacroix in the 57th minute and Colombian defender Daniel Muñoz in the 4th. However, City found answers each time, courtesy of Norwegian star Erling Haaland and English youngster Rico Lewis, who netted in the 31st and 68th minutes.

Haaland’s goal marked his 13th of the season, drawing him level with Liverpool’s Mohamed Salah at the top of the Premier League scoring charts. Salah’s match against Everton was postponed earlier in the day due to poor weather conditions.

Despite the draw, City added just one point to their tally, remaining in 4th place with 27 points. Meanwhile, Crystal Palace edged up to 16th with 13 points, ahead of Leicester City on goal difference.

The result leaves City seeking consistency, as their title rivals continue to pressure them in a fiercely competitive season.
