Chris Eubank Jr. appreciated the opportunity to fight Crawford
British middleweight Chris Eubank Jr. has assessed the possibility of fighting WBA junior middleweight champion Terence Crawford.
"Our fight could definitely happen. Right now, Crawford is moving up in weight classes. In his last fight, he competed in the junior middleweight division, and within the next six months, he's likely to aim for the middleweight division, and then super middleweight, to fight Saul Alvarez," Eubank Jr. told Sky Sports.
Chris Eubank Jr. last fought in September last year, where he knocked out Liam Smith in the 10th round. Crawford, at the beginning of August, won a unanimous decision against Israil Madrimov.
It's worth noting that the head of the Saudi Arabian General Entertainment Authority, Turki Al-Sheikh, stated that he wants to arrange a fight between Crawford and Vergil Ortiz.
