Chelsea's young striker could join a Serie A powerhouse!
Italian side Napoli have ramped up their search for a new striker and have set their sights on Chelsea’s young forward, Marc Guiu.
Details: According to insider Gianluca Di Marzio, Napoli have initiated first contacts regarding the potential transfer of the 20-year-old Spanish striker. The Partenopei’s shortlist also includes Joshua Zirkzee, Gabriel Jesus, and Nicolas Jackson, but their transfer fees and wage demands are significantly higher. That’s why Guiu has surged to the top of the Italian giant’s priority list. The Neapolitans are considering a permanent deal, and the player himself is open to the move in search of regular first-team football.
Marc Guiu is a product of Barcelona’s academy and made the switch to Chelsea in the summer of 2024. The young forward boasts an impressive scoring record in European competitions, and his age allows Napoli to register him outside the main Serie A squad quota.
For Chelsea, the striker has made 29 appearances across all competitions, netted 8 goals, and provided two assists. According to Transfermarkt, his market value is estimated at 12 million euros.
