Chelsea changed their head coach at the beginning of 2026, with the club now led by 41-year-old Liam Rosenior, who has shared his expectations and ideas for the job.

Details: In an interview, the coach said he wants Chelsea to play attacking football, making full use of the front line, so that the fans can feel it and clearly see it on the pitch.

Quote: “I want us to play high-tempo, aggressive football using the front line. I want the home supporters to be out of their seats in the first ten minutes and feel that it’s wave after wave,” the manager said.

He also revealed that he has already spoken with the players and stressed that his goal is to win together with the team. That is where his focus lies.

Quote: “As I’ve already said to the players, getting into this club is one thing, but I want to win at this incredible football club with these players and staff. That is exactly what I am focused on,” Rosenior added.

Reminder: Liam Rosenior previously admitted to driving at 36 mph in a 30 mph zone. The offence was recorded on July 7 in Derbyshire.
