London side Chelsea is closely monitoring the talented Brazilian midfielder Felipe Morais and has already taken the first step toward a potential transfer.
Details: According to PH Cruzeirense, the London club has already submitted a preliminary offer worth £8.5 million.
However, the player’s contract features a much higher release clause—around £85 million. This means negotiations will be far from straightforward, and the “Blues” will either have to significantly raise their offer or look for alternative ways to seal the deal.
Currently, the Brazilian winger is competing at the U17 World Cup, where he has already found the net twice.
