Chelsea is pleased with the performance of head coach Mauricio Pochettino, as reported by journalist Jacob Steinberg.

According to a Guardian expert, despite Chelsea currently occupying the tenth position in the Premier League table, the club remains satisfied with Pochettino's work. It is also noted that the Argentine maintains good relations with the leadership, which contributes to this satisfaction. If the Argentine specialist ever faced pressure, it was only from the media, as within the club, he is completely trusted.

Chelsea's development dynamics shifted after Todd Boehly stepped back from the club's day-to-day management. Currently, the club is gradually constructing its structure internally, with hopes of becoming a formidable force in 2-3 years. Additionally, Chelsea aims to support Lawrence Stuart and Paul Winstanley in their endeavors, along with plans to hire new scouts and implement changes in the medical staff.

Incidentally, Brighton's head of scouting, Sam Jewell, is transitioning to a similar role at Chelsea. Brighton has granted Jewell leave until the end of the season, as he has accepted Chelsea's offer and will commence his new role with the London club in the summer.
