Chelsea is interested in acquiring Real Madrid's goalkeeper Andriy Lunin, according to Planeta Real Madrid.

Reports suggest that the Blues are proposing a goalkeeper exchange deal with the Spanish giants next summer. Chelsea aims to offer a swap deal where Kepa Arrizabalaga remains in Madrid after end of the season, while Real Madrid's goalkeeper, Andriy Lunin, would move to London as part of the agreement.

This move is intended to address the goalkeeping concerns at Stamford Bridge, where there has been dissatisfaction with Robert Sanchez's performances.

It's worth noting that Real Madrid acquired Kepa on loan from Chelsea at the start of the season as a replacement for the injured Thibaut Courtois. The loan agreement for the Spanish goalkeeper with Real Madrid is set to expire at the end of the current season.

Lunin joined Real Madrid in 2018 from Zorya Luhansk, but spent extended periods on loan before getting a taste of consistent playing time with the club this season. The Ukrainian goalkeeper has featured in nine matches in the current campaign, keeping four clean sheets. Kepa, on the other hand, has guarded Real Madrid's net in 14 matches, securing six clean sheets.
