Chelsea is not willing to loan out Romelu Lukaku. Napoli has only one option left

Chelsea has made it clear to Napoli that they do not intend to loan out forward Romelu Lukaku.
The London club insists on a buyout clause of £38 million, reports Fabrizio Romano. It is believed that the only option for Napoli is to sell Victor Osimhen. The funds from selling their star player would enable them to secure a permanent transfer for the Belgian striker.
Chelsea is also open to considering interest from other clubs, including offers from Saudi Arabia.
Lukaku, 31, played for Roma on loan last season. The Belgian scored 21 goals and provided 4 assists in 47 matches across all competitions. His rights belong to Chelsea.
Previously, it was reported that Lukaku wants to reunite with Antonio Conte, as they had a very good relationship during their time together at Inter.
