Chelsea head coach reveals whether the club will buy a new striker

Chelsea is proving unstoppable in this summer's transfer market. The club has already secured 10 signings, with the latest being João Félix from Atlético Madrid. However, the Blues have no plans to slow down.

Today, Chelsea's head coach, Enzo Maresca, was asked if the club would consider signing a new striker. He hinted that it’s a possibility.

“If we have the chance to bring in a nine that can help us and make the difference… then, we are gonna try”, Maresca stated.

Previously, Chelsea was close to finalizing the transfer of Samu Omorodion from Atlético, but the deal fell through at the last moment.

Yesterday, Maresca's team defeated Servette 2-0 in the first leg of the UEFA Europa Conference League playoff round.
