The discontent of Chelsea fans with the club after the sale of the club by Roman Abramovich to an American investment company continues to grow. Fans booed head coach Mauricio Pochettino during the Blues' recent match against Burnley (2-2), but Chelsea co-owner Todd Boehly remains calm.

Speaking to Forbes, the functionary was sympathetic to the fans' criticism but urged the public to give the team time:

"We just need to let the process evolve and give them time to develop from incredible individual players with great skills into a team. The good news is that people care. And the bad news is that people do care, it will call for moments where they are frustrated with the team and the owners. I understand that, but we just have to continue to stay the course."

It was reported at the end of February that the Pensioners could sack Pochettino and replace him with Brighton head coach Roberto De Zerbi.
