Details have emerged regarding the transfer negotiations between Chelsea and AC Milan for Mike Maignan.
Details: According to Fabrizio Romano on his X social media page, talks between the Blues and the Rossoneri are close to hitting a deadlock.
Rumor has it Milan are looking to receive at least €30 million for their goalkeeper, while Chelsea consider that figure too high and are offering just €10 million.
Maignan's contract with the Italian club runs until 2026, which appears to be one of the main reasons the London side are unwilling to meet Milan's asking price.
It is also reported that if Milan do not lower their demands by Monday, Chelsea will pull out of negotiations, citing the presence of four quality goalkeepers already on their roster.
Reminder: Milan have already identified their top candidate to replace Mike Maignan.
