Charles Pickel in Demand: Cremonese Midfielder Courted by European Clubs

Several European teams have shown interest in signing 27 year old congolese midfielder Charles Pickel from cremonese during the winter transfer window. According to sources from "AreaNapoli.it", swiss club Sion and Belgian club Standard Liège are interested in signing him.

According to reports, FC Sion has already begun talks with cremonese, offering €200,000 loan agreement with €1.2 million buyout option. Cremonese's demanding €2 million in order to let go of the gifted midfield player.

As the Belgian team looks to expand their midfield options, standard liège intends to step up their attempts to recruit Pickel. Pickel fits in nicely with Standard's season aims and provides excellent value for his comparatively low price tag. He has shown promise in Serie B.

Since Pickel has contract that expires in 2026, his future will probably be resolved shortly as these european teams want to sign him this transfer window.
