Ceferin has changed his mind again about running for UEFA president

Despite the fact that current UEFA president Aleksander Čeferin has announced his intentions to step down in 2027, the functionary seems to intend to compete for the position again.
According to The Guardian, UEFA insiders have drawn attention to suspicions that Čeferin will run for the position again if no one competes with him. So far, no one has put forward such intentions.
Romanian federation president Razvan Burleanu previously wanted to be such a candidate, but he declined to fight for the top post in European football.
Most of the Balkan countries, such as Slovenia, Croatia, Montenegro and Albania, as well as Mediterranean representatives such as Greece and Turkey will support Ceferin's re-election.
In total, almost half of the confederation's members - about twenty out of 55 - are ready to support the incumbent UEFA president.
