With England’s regular captain Harry Kane likely to miss the upcoming Nations League game against Greece, interim manager Lee Carsley has made a thoughtful choice for who will wear the armband in his place.
Details: Manchester City defender John Stones will captain England for the match against Greece, marking his first official start as captain. Stones previously wore the armband briefly during a friendly against Brazil in March this year.
