Capello believes Milan should appoint Fàbregas as coach

This season, Milan ended up without trophies and missed out on European competitions, which could push the Rossoneri's management toward a third coaching change in a year. A coach who has already worked at San Siro knows exactly who his former club needs.

Details: Former Milan coach Fabio Capello emphasized that it's already too late for Milan to enter the coaching market in search of a replacement for Sérgio Conceição. However, if a change is necessary, he suggests considering Como manager Cesc Fàbregas.

Quote: "The Rossoneri have missed the coaching market window because they haven't made a decision—everything is up in the air. Without a technical director, the market can't be properly shaped, but I would choose Cesc Fàbregas," Capello said in an interview with La Gazzetta dello Sport.

Reminder: Milan's rivals have already picked their favorites for the coaching role. Juventus, for example, are close to bringing in Antonio Conte, who, after winning the Scudetto, will certainly leave Napoli.
