Cape Town City have reportedly decline an offer by Polish Ekstraklasa outfit Górnik Zabrze to sign youngster Emile Witbooi.
The Poland side were looking to sign the player with a lower offer to City's R20-Millions asking price for the nippy midfielder.
Witbooi has been a subject of a move away from the Mother City club since his debut four seasons ago but nothing has come out of those talks.
The departure of Relebohile Mofokeng at Orlando Pirates opened up speculation on the Witbooi moving to Pirates but that also has not materialised into a move.
Now the latest is that City have declined an offer from the Polish side and now it remains to be seen if there player will eventually move away from the club.
