Cameroon has received four proposals for friendly matches during the June international break

Quite the contrary: four nations approached the governing body of Cameroonian football to propose friendly matches ahead of the 2026 World Cup.

Iran, Uruguay, Iraq and Bosnia and Herzegovina had all made proposals to the Cameroonian Football Federation. Each of the four teams was even prepared to cover certain expenses. However, the governing body of Cameroonian football has turned down all these proposals, according to revelations by Jeune Afrique.
