Cameroon Coach Marc Brys Stays Amid UAE Speculation

Cameroon fans can breathe a sigh of relief—Belgian coach Marc Brys will not be leaving for the United Arab Emirates national team.

UAE Opt for Cosmin Olăroiu Instead

Despite impressive results with the Indomitable Lions, Brys was considered for the UAE job. However, reports suggest the Emirati federation has turned to Romanian coach Cosmin Olăroiu, currently managing Sharjah FC.

Brys' Impact on Cameroon

• Unbeaten record: 10 matches, 6 wins, 4 draws.
• Revitalized the five-time African champions.
• Secured crucial results in AFCON qualifiers and World Cup qualifying games.

Now that Brys has stayed, Cameroon may concentrate on its next problems under a capable and stable leader.
