The U17 Lions and Leopards secured their place in the final of the Union of Central African Football Federations tournament.

The two teams will represent Central Africa in the Africa Cup of Nations in their respective categories. Cameroon's qualification was confirmed following the Democratic Republic of Congo's victory over the Central African Republic (2-1) on Tuesday 24 February.

DR Congo and Cameroon, each with 6 points, eliminated Gabon and the Central African Republic from the UNIFFAC tournament taking place in DR Congo.

The U17 Lions and Leopards, who have each recorded two victories, are heading to the final of the zonal tournament and have secured their place in the Africa Cup of Nations as finalists. The two teams will face each other on Friday 27 February in the final of the UNIFFAC tournament for first place.
