Andrey Santos, the Brazilian footballer playing on loan at Strasbourg from Chelsea, was outraged after discovering that his home had been robbed while he was playing in a match. Santos expressed his anger in an Instagram story, which was later deleted.

"People from Strasbourg, I've always respected everyone, they were cowardly while I was playing today! Whoever stole [from] my house has 24 hours to return everything," Santos wrote.

According to Le Parisien, the door to his home was broken into, and thieves stole jewelry worth an estimated half a million euros.

Santos was signed by Chelsea from Vasco da Gama for £18.5 million in January 2023, but has yet to feature for the Blues, having been loaned out three times. After briefly returning to Vasco da Gama and then playing at Nottingham Forest, he is now at Strasbourg.

In 19 appearances for the French club, Santos has scored 8 goals and provided 2 assists.
