The Confederation of African Football (CAF) have officially reveals the logo for the 2025 TotalEnergies Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) during a special ceremony held in Rabat, Morocco.
Inspired by the timeless Moroccan art of "zellij" mosaic, the new logo is a modern and iconic symbol that celebrates African unity and cultural heritage. It redefines football as a canvas where creativity, precision and passion converge.
The CAF logo features vibrant colours: gold represents achievement, green symbolises unity, red reflects resilience and blue signifies limitless potential. Together, they embody the spirit of African football, highlighting the energy of the game, the strength of the players and the passion of the fans.
CAF emphasized that this logo represents more than just a visual identity, it encapsulates the essence of the tournament as a living gallery of African football. Every pass, goal, and cheer will contribute to the art of the game, making AFCON 2025 not just competition but celebration of Africa’s soul and cultural legacy.
The tournament, set to take place from December 21, 2025, to January 18, 2026, will showcase Africa’s greatest football talents.
